Wurm devices and solutions have been in use in the Austrian food retail industry (with focus on food retailing) for more than 30 years.
At the turn of the year 2008/2009, Wurm Austria GmbH was founded as an independent subsidiary. Since then, our company has been responsible for all business activities in Austria and other European countries managed by us.  
Thanks to the excellent cooperation with our mother company Wurm Systeme in Germany with its proven products and solutions, we have been able to expand our customer base continuously.
Many food retailing stores have now been equipped with Wurm automation solutions. In 2008, we started to sell electronic switch gears produced in Remscheid, Germany. Since then, we have been your competent partner for high-quality complete systems.
We are among the branch leaders with regard to innovative and environmentally-friendly systems. Since 2005, for instance, the control technology by Wurm for transcritical CO2 plants is popular not only among Austrian plant operators but also in neighbouring countries.
According to the philosophy of the Wurm Group, Wurm Austria follows the principle that our customers’ satisfaction and top quality rank first.
